LEADERSHIP

Founder Kat Campbell has a proven track record of success across all aspects of the employee lifecycle in Human Resources/People & Culture. She has worked in consulting and corporate, for both large, established companies and small agile startups, including Morgan Stanley and IBM.

One theme has remained common throughout her career: the desire to make the workplace better for all. She is a data-driven professional who is dedicated to improving the employee experience.

Outside of work, Kat is a University of Michigan wolverine, a power yoga teacher, a former New Yorker and mom of a rambunctious toddler.
